A walk after eating to control diabetes

A recent study in the journal Diabetes Care states that the streets for 15 minutes after eating is able to control blood sugar levels causes of type 2 diabetes.

After eating, blood sugar level is likely jamsi premium to rise. Although healthy adults were able to return to lower blood sugar levels, it appeared the body systems function decreases with age. So if the blood sugar continues to rise, a person’s risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Therefore, to restore blood sugar levels, a walk after the meal is highly recommended. Especially for the elderly that system body functions begin to decline.

“Actually, diabetes can be prevented with exercise 45 minutes a day of the week. But the elderly certainly do not have enough energy to do it. So the streets 15 minutes after a meal is the right choice to control their blood sugar,” said lead researcher Loretta DiPietro from George Washington University ,

As reported by NBC News, although the elderly is more advisable to carry out this activity, everyone can basically follow the same habit.

“Adults are sitting too long to walk after enjoying lunch. It was very healthy,” added DiPietro.

In addition to the elderly, it was a walk after eating can prevent diabetes in pregnant women.
